1. About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fend.win account-recovery service, accessible at fend.win ("Service"). By submitting a case, paying, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
Fend.win is an independent third-party service that helps individuals and businesses recover access to social media and online accounts they own — including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), Google, Snapchat, and LinkedIn. We work exclusively through the official identity-verification, appeal, and recovery channels published or made available by each platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Meta Platforms Inc., Google LLC, TikTok Ltd., X Corp., Snap Inc., or LinkedIn Corporation.
3. Account ownership requirement
You must be the legitimate owner of every account you submit for recovery, or be expressly authorized by the owner to act on their behalf. You confirm this at case submission. Submitting an account you do not own is fraud and we will refuse the case, retain the fee, and may report the attempt to the relevant platform and authorities.
4. Fees and payment
Recovery fees are charged upfront via secure third-party payment processing at the rate associated with the tier you select (Standard, Priority, or Emergency). All fees are in US Dollars. We may change pricing at any time, but changes do not affect cases already accepted.
5. Refunds
All fees paid to Fend.win are non-refundable. When you pay, you are commissioning specialist work — the preparation, submission, escalation, and follow-up of an official-channel recovery effort on your behalf — not purchasing a guaranteed outcome.
The final decision to restore an account always rests with the underlying platform (Meta, Google, TikTok, X, Snap, LinkedIn, etc.). We cannot and do not guarantee any specific outcome. What we do guarantee is professional, lawful, official-channel work performed in good faith to maximise the chance of recovery and minimise turnaround time.
The only exception is a duplicate or accidental payment, which we will refund in full on request.
6. No guarantee of outcome
Recovery decisions are made by the platforms, not by us. While we maintain high success rates, no recovery can be guaranteed. We do not promise specific outcomes, timelines, or restoration of any particular account features.
7. Your obligations
To enable us to do our work, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information at intake.
- Respond to identity-verification and clarification requests within 24 hours.
- Refrain from making independent recovery attempts (additional password resets, repeated form submissions) once we are working the case, as this can trigger platform lockouts and reset our progress.
- Treat case communications confidentially and not share platform-internal correspondence publicly.
8. Prohibited conduct
You may not use the Service to: recover an account belonging to another person without authorization; attempt to circumvent platform terms of service; harass, impersonate, or defraud any third party; engage in any activity that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours.
9. Data protection
We collect only the information needed to recover your account. Case data — including IDs, account details, and correspondence — is encrypted in transit and at rest, and deleted 90 days after case closure unless you request earlier deletion. See our Privacy Policy for details.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fend.win's total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for that case. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of followers, revenue, business opportunity, or reputation.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Fend.win harmless from any claim arising from (a) inaccurate ownership statements, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) any third-party claim that you were not authorized to submit an account for recovery.
12. Termination
We may decline or close any case at our discretion, including if we discover misrepresentation, abusive conduct, or that the case violates these Terms. Where we close a case for cause, no refund is owed.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply prospectively to new cases. We will not retroactively change the terms governing a case that has already been accepted.
